There is no individual limit to contributions to Solidarity PAC, Inc. and all donations are disclosed publicly. New York State law requires Solidarity PAC, Inc. to obtain contributor name, address, employer and occupation. Contributions to Solidarity PAC, Inc. are not deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable donations.
